| You can return any BetterAirflow.com product within 15
days of receiving it. We do not accept returns of used, scratched,
altered, or installed products. A product may only be returned by
receiving authorization from BetterAirflow.com. Please call us at
877-272-5670 for assistance. We have no restocking fee's for products
which are returned complete, with their original packaging. Fee's may
apply if returning a product without its original contents. All
products will be warranted by the manufacturer, and are covered by the
manufacturer warranty policy only. Any installation, warranty, repair,
replacement, or technical issue will be worked out between the you, the
manufacturer and BetterAirflow.com |

We ship UPS. 90% of our orders are shipped same day. You
will be notified if we cant meet the same day time frame. We inspect all
packages for quality, and package all of our products with extreme care.
UPS is BetterAirflow.com's primary shipping provider, although we may
use USPS at our discretion. APO address's and PO Box cannot be shipped
through UPS, but only through USPS. |

Anti-Fraud Notice - If your billing
address is different from your shipping address we will always call to
confirm your shipping address. This is to protect the security of your
credit card by confirming the proper ownership and usage of the credit card.
Sometimes, when a credit card is stolen a thief will try to use your billing
address, but use their own shipping address to try and fraud companies like
us. We have a 0 tolerance fraud policy. |
